You select modern day New York City. Then the screen dials up the character creator. The options seem limitless when you go through editing your character's features. Additionally they give you a variety of class options to choose from. Such as melee fighter, hacker, gunslinger, occultist, etc... Equipment is also quite extensive as well.

You dial in your preferences and hit start game.
