Miss H sets an example

Miss H splashed a bucket of cold water, waking her from her barely conscious state.

“Did you even learn anything from that?!” Miss H scolded. “That was atrocious.”
“What’d you expect! You practically fed to me that…” Melissa motioned at Amber, who sat at the pool’s edge and waved gleefully.
“…that **** and expect me to LEARN?!”

“Because you didn’t listen! You were stubbornly trying your same methods over and over, while not trying anything new.”
“Well she’s a beast! You expect some new trick to work?! Fuck that!”

Miss H frowned at her. “…Miss Amber, are you still ready?”
“Always, ma’am,” Amber chimed.
“Good. Then you’ll face me next." Melissa looked in surprise as the other wrestlers slid into the ring. "Watch and learn. She’s a powerful, but simple fighter. You’ve only wound her up. I’ll bring her down.”
