Mindy tries to sneak up on the thief

Mindy stepped out of the change stall and looked around. To her relief, no one was in the immediate area to see her in the jersey. She tugged on it self consciously as she turned her attention to where she last saw the thief. There he was, still lounging around.

Mindy decided to take this slow and discrete. She didn't want to draw the attention of the crowds with the way she was dressed. She casually walked over to the man with her clothes. The man stuffed the clothes into his back pocket, with enough fabric jutted out that it could be snatched without him noticing. He continued to scout out the beach goers. 'What does he even want with the clothes?' Mindy wondered as she neared her target.

The girl got close enough that it would be obviously where she was headed, so she tried to sidle her way over to grab her things. A skateboarder whizzed by her with enough speed that she felt the bottom of her jersey flutter. She immediately hiked it down, causing the openings from the top to sink low enough for her nipples to poke free. Her eyes darted around to see if anyone had noticed while quickly tucking her nipples away. She struggled to juggle the balance between the top and bottom of the jersey as her target stood up and walked away. She leaned over and snatched at the clothes bundle but was just out of reach. Her jersey drooped down and gave away her dangling boobs.

She stood up and looked around. A red faced brunette looked back at her indignantly before she had to drag away her visibly intrigued boyfriend. He continued to stare as they stormed down the boardwalk. Mindy blushed and hurried after the man carrying her clothes. She lost track of him as there was a mob of people walking through the walkway now. She got bumped around as she tried to find the man in the red cap. She climbed up a patio to get a better vantage point and scanned around.

She spotted him! He was slowly milling through the crowd as she had just a few yards away. She heard a whistle and looked down to see a group of guys looking up at her. "Looking fine, sweet thang!" One of them called out.

"Why don't you join us and we show you a good time, blondie?" Another said in all seriousness.

Mindy's cheeks flushed, realizing her higher vantage point gave the men just as good a view of her underside. She grabbed the jersey by the bottom, squeezing the view shut and hopped down from her perch. She darted toward the man she was after, hoping to get to him before he would recognize her, if he could recognize her. He had stepped inside one of the shops that lined the boardwalk. Ignoring the guys calling after her, she forged her way through the crowd to catch her thief.

She had him cornered now. She could either confront him or still try to play it cool and sneak her stuff back. Mindy prepped herself and stepped into the shop.
