Mike's Room

Author note: For the time being it is assumed that you didn't go into any of the other rooms and follow any of the side paths yet. These will be expanded with their own routes once I Finish act 3, as I will reach a form of conclusion (but not the end) of the story so far then. I can then work on each arc towards their own act 3 conclusion properly.

Hesitently I knocked on Mike's door. I hadn't seen him since he disappeared last night and wasn't sure what mood he was gonna be in. He was a bit of a jerk at the best of times, a view which had only been exaggerated by what Abby had told me so far.

No one answered at first but decided to knock again just to be sure. It was lucky I did as I heard him shout out.

Mike: 'Who is it?!'

Me: 'It's Alex'

Mike: 'What do you want'

Me: 'Abby asked me to pick up some stuff she said she left here'

He didn't reply but I could hear him shuffling around and walking towards the door. My anxiety levels increased unsure of how he would react. I knew for a fact that Mike could beat the crap out of me if he wanted so hoped I hadn't walked into a fight by mistake.

He opened the door and stood there topless in some jogging trousers, his ripped physique proudly on show.

Mike: 'What does that slut want?'

Me: 'I think she left her phone and some other stuff here?'

Mike: 'Ah so she got virgin boy doing her bidding now?'

Me: My name is Alex. I just was coming over anyway to drop some stuff off for Rosey and offered to pick up her as well'

Mike: 'Whatever, help yourself. I hell ain't going out of my way to find her shit'

He let my pass as I could see some clothes strewn about the floor, picking my way through them I could see somewhere clearly not Mike's but most were torn or ripped in some way. Giving Mike a quizzical look when I found a broken G-string.

Mike: 'Sluts like her like a real man'

Realising that pretty much all of the clothes Abby had worn the night before were ruined I had the urge to call Mike out for being the massive prick he was. My better judgement knew that it would not end well.

I did find her phone though in one piece and it seemed to have her cards kept in the case as well so that was something. I gathered up her ruined clothes and walked past Mike out of his room without either of us saying another word.
