Michelle cries

Alexa took a deep breath after everything unfolded. She rested her arms around Michelle and looked at her, as her tears came streaming down. “I’m so sorry,” Alexa whispered. “I... I didn’t know. I... you... Michelle, I... I’m here for you, okay. Anything you need. I’m here.”

Michelle clung onto Alexa as her shoulders rose and fell, unable to stop the sobs. “Oh, Lexi. I... I should’ve told you. I should’ve trusted you with the truth,” Michelle cried. “But I felt so ashamed. I... I’m sorry I invited Megan. I’m sorry she did all of this to you and to me... I’m sorry I invited you. I should have realized. I’m sorry.”

“Hey,” Alexa said, trying to comfort her friend. “I’m glad I came. And you couldn’t have known she would do all of that.”

“She humiliated you and then she humiliated me,” Michelle sobbed. “I should have protected you better. I should’ve done something more. And now she has videos and pictures of us both.”

“Michelle,” Alexa whispered as she held Michelle tightly.

“Alexa, I...” Michelle looked up at her with puppy dog eyes. “I’m sorry.”

Alexa leaned down and kissed her. “It’s going to be okay. We’ll have each other’s back.”

“How can you be calm about this?” Michelle asked. “This has been your most precious kept secret for... YEARS. And now the worst person on planet Earth knows about it and is surely going to spread it around.”

“I...” Alexa said. “I’m calm because I realize you need me more. Michelle, I’ve lived like this for so many years. Afraid of what people might think, and yeah I’m embarrassed and ashamed and upset, but you... Michelle, when did you start having problems? What’s going on, Michelle? Talk to me. I know you need me now. And I’m here so talk to me.”

“It started junior year,” Michelle whispered. “It was just one freak accident. But my mom found out and bought me those diapers. The same ones that your mom bought but apparently they have bigger sizes. She made me wear them at night for protection. And when that happened, I kept having accidents every night. Which also meant having diapers every night. Then the accidents seemed to slow down, so I was able to get in control and I was also very cautious about what I drank. Mom insisted on keeping the diapers just in case. And now... now you know.”

“What about the falsies?” Alexa whispered.

“Mom bought them for me after I begged her to,” Michelle said. “It made me feel more confident and she was understanding about it. They allow me to walk around topless if I really want to and still not give anything away. Well... until now.”

Alexa kissed Michelle again. “Well I think you’re still hot without them.”

Michelle smiled. “We need to make that bitch pay somehow.”

Suddenly Alexa’s phone started to buzz and then Michelle’s buzzed. Alexa looked to see her social medias blowing up. A picture of her and Michelle in diapers was posted with a caption ‘Look at the two babies’ and both her and Michelle were tagged in the post.

Alexa’s eyes widened. “No,” Alexa gasped.

“That bitch,” Michelle said through gritted teeth. “I’m so sorry, Lexi.”

“You’re right, she needs to pay somehow for this,” Alexa said. “I should get home though.”

Michelle nodded and walked Alexa to the door. Alexa opened the door and gasped. Her car was gone. Alexa’s face paled as she realized Megan must have taken her keys and drove off with her car. “I’ll go with you,” Michelle said, taking Alexa’s hand. “We’re in this together.”

Alexa nodded as they began to walk down the street in just their diapers.
