Mego
Birth order is not clear. Is Shego or Mego child #2 in the family. Mego joins the Doll Man, Atom, Ant Man, and a couple other heroes as possessing the ability to get small. With great power comes great responsibility. When your power is the ability to get small you don't have a lot of responsibility. Mego is totally self-absorbed.
Other that the ability to sneak into girls' bedrooms and watch them undress (and unlock the door to let his brothers in) it isn't really clear how valuable his size changing ability is.
