Meetings and discoveries

It's a busy day for you, with meetings scheduled with other company executives and a business lunch with a client. The schedule keeps you away from your office until mid-afternoon. You arrive back, smile at Lisa, and start up your computer to check your emails.

Your eye is caught by a notification from the credit card company that your company uses for executive cards. You have it set up so that you get daily notifications of the status of your account. You open it, and are surprised to find that in addition to the client lunch you just paid for, there are three purchases made on line this morning. One is to Victoria's Secret for over three hundred dollars, another to a jeweller for six hundred, and a third to a travel agency for just over four thousand. Puzzled, you reach for the phone to call the company and dispute the charge, but pause without dialling, thinking about it.

Instead, you Google the phone number of the travel agency and call that instead. You discover that the order was for a trip for two to Cancun, leaving in two weeks, air and hotel. You note the details, finding that one of the name on the tickets is Lisa Carter, the other an Amy Terrence. Hanging up, you sit back in your chair, considering options.
