Meet Anderson and Nihilus.

You meet your CO, and the turian Spectre again in the briefing room. As in the base game, certain aspects of interstellar politics, the mission to recover the Prothean Beacon and Shepard's entry into the Spectres are revealed.

Unfortunately, the reveal of the attack on Eden Prime puts a damper on the conversation.

Short hours later, you, Kaidan and Corporal Jenkins are dropping on the suddenly hellish surface of the colony, Nihilus disembarking earlier to get the lay of the land.

You advance, Jenkins falling at your first encounter with some Geth drones.

Your resolve unwavering, you activate your Tech Armor and pop off a few well-placed shots, quickly disabling the drones.

Moving on, you find Ashley Williams beset by Geth troopers.

The gunnery chief still has her hair up, like in the first two games, but like the Normandy crew-women, the jumpsuit she wears is much closer to Miranda's formfitting suit than any of the original armour sets from the game.

With Williams joining your crew, you make it on, fighting to the spaceport, catching a glimpse of the absolutely collosal enemy ship lifting off, before taking out the Geth Colossus guarding the monorail system.

As you and your squad zoom ahead, a cutscene plays.

Saren locates the Prothean beacon. Just before activating it, having the disturbing contents beamed into his mind, he turns to his second in command, Matriarch Benezia.

"Nihilus wasn't alone." the turian Spectre observes. "Others are coming. Human Alliance. I want you to wait behind, take care of them, however you see fit."

"Yes, Saren." the wise and ancient asari says, bowing her head deferentially as Saren strides off to use the beacon. As she does, she affords you, the viewer, a great view of her bodacious form. A MILFy blue body in a low-cut black leather dress.

Arriving at the beacon site, you rush to defeat the geth, and disable the demolition charges Saren and his synthetic forces have planted to erase the evidence of their attack.

It's a hard-fought battle, but by priming and detonating a few biotic combos with Kaidan, you're able to turn the tide of it, eventually disabling them all.

"A fine display of biotic talent... for humans." announces a learned voice from high above. As you and your crew crane your vision skyward, you see Benezia atop a wall, a pistol in one hand, a biotic charge primed in the other.

"Who the hell's that?!" Ashley asks, exasperated, turning her gaze to you, even as she keeps her Lancer trained on the asari.

"Like we know." Kaidan scoffs.

"Forgive me Commander, I simply do what I must." Benezia says solemnly, her body blazing blue as her biotics wrench a metal crate into the air, and send it hurtling towards you.

It would seem you have a fight on your hands.
