Mature Woman

A mature woman may have many roles and responsibilities in the modern world. Because of the natural biological order, many women gravitate toward positions of social leadership and responsibility -- peace officers, pastors, judges, and business executives are professions dominated by women.

Women who head extended families also have important social roles -- helping to keep the peace by sexually defusing tense situations within or concerning the family, using their connections to open doors for their daughters' ambitions, and for their sons, nurturing their talents, critically guiding their romantic choices, and ensuring they have reason to support the larger family. A successful matriarch must be diplomatic, insightful, and judicious as well as sexually skilled and assertive.

An ambitious woman would do well to ally herself with a successful, established woman who recognizes her talents and can improve her standing.
