Master Chief’s New Armor

John-117 has been MIA for years before he was brought back to Earth. The scientists had concocted a new suit of armor for him to wear.

“What does it do?” Master Chief asked removing his old armor.

A scientist in a lab coat spoke up first. “The admiral wants you to test out this armor. It’s supposed to help in the reshaping of muscle mass. Additionally we’ve added subliminal training speakers within the helmet.”

“So while you wear it, the armor trains you.” Another scientist said.

“I don’t think I need more training.”

“Your just the initial test subject, we’ve programmed it with a suite of training you’ve never taken.”

Master Chief nodded and walked up to the armor. It was much like his old armor except it was a far sleeker design.

“Is this also for infiltration?”

“Yes. How could you tell?”

“The design is more constrictive than the typical armor. But why is this pink?”

“Compressed Pink Quartz was found to refract laser blasts,” one of the scientists admitted. “We tried others and even dying it, but none worked as well as this compound.”

Master Chief didn’t respond and put on the armor locking the airlock seal.

“We’ll have to run some diagnostics as the systems come online.”
