Margaux thanks you for your help

Back downstairs, you are greeted by Margaux, holding a drink in each hand. She immediately offers you one.

"Thanks a lot for getting that crazy girl off me." she says, smiling. "How did you manage to calm her?"

"I told her I would go looking for her boyfriend, but I'm not actually doing it, I'll just invent something. But what's the deal between you and her boyfriend anyway?" you ask, curious about what she might say about you.

"Oh, Jason? He's a hot guy from one of my classes; we are getting quite friendly and I wanted to see if maybe there could be more, but I didn't know he was already taken."

"Well, after he learns about his girlfriend almost going berserk, I don't think he'll be taken much longer."

You really do intend to break up with Isabella; you have had enough of her jealousy, and Margaux seems much better girlfriend material. Altough, a part of you thinks that without Isabella in the way, you'll be able to use the ring much more often, and maybe you shouldn't search for another girlfriend for a while.

You ponder what to do, but suddenly you hear someone behind you shouting your name, your girl name. You realize it must be Amy, since nobody else knows who you are, and you turn around.
