Margaery Tyrell

Technically, the Tyrells were ineligible to call for the Right of Request, as Willas was Lord of Highgarden and the family was not at risk of extinction. Nevertheless, Willas argued convincingly (on his sister's behalf) that as he had no children of his own, and Loras was not likely to produce any, that Jon was obliged to assist.

Willas ultimately had plenty children who would carry on the Tyrell name, but not as many as Margaery. The Winter Roses, as her children were called, married back into the Tyrell line, bringing the blood of Heroes at last into a house which had lacked it, securing Highgarden against the grasping of the Florents for generations.
