But there are so many possibilities will he find a celebrity and teach them a lesson? Will he try and set up some form of business to take his inflation fantasies to a more industrial scale? Will he get on those who wronged him. So many possibilities. So little time. He had to get a plan of action. He had to know who was going to get a taste of his devilish plans.

Long and hard he thought about this but eventually he knew what he wanted to do with his powers and more importantly he knew WHO he wanted to do it to. The first step of his selection process was done and he was one step closer to finding the person he wanted to try the powers of this world out on.
