You've lived your life as best you could but it has left you alone, unaccomplished, full of regret and dying with a sickness you can't pronounce.

As your life drains from you, you wonder about what would be on the other side...

You open your eyes to bright colors and day light. After blinking a few times, you try to move and find your body filled with a surprising amount of energy. Leaving your bed and looking into the mirror, you're shocked to see that you've reverted into your... 18 year old self!

You move around to confirm that it's truly your reflection. Looking around some more, you realize that this is your room when you still lived with your parents and siblings.
