Male-Teenager becomes an adult (control)

My name is Yume Uetto, a sickeningly average high school student in Tokyo. There's nothing particularly special about me, other than my name and the uncommonly massive amounts of crap I catch for it. With a family name like 'Yume*', my name could have been any number of cool things. Kuroi, Haato. Even Fune**. But my parents, in their short-sightedness, named me 'Uetto'. If you happen to have a name like mine, take it from me, give up on dating. You'll never, ever get past your name before she either laughs and walks away or slaps you and runs away. In fact, the closest I got to even a neutral reaction to it was from my homeroom teacher, Sakura-sensei.

Ah, Sakura-sensei. So beautiful. Her light pink hair falling gently onto her shoulders. Her bright green eyes sharpened by cute glasses. A body that...ahem. Anyway, when she found my name on her roster, she only giggled (it was so cute) and moved on.

I have no friends, and if you didn't already guess, no girlfriend. Thus, I'm going to this year's Tokyo Game Show (TGS) alone. If only I could go with Sakura-sensei...

*Yume='Dream' in Japanese. This poor guy's name is basically 'wet dream'.
