Make Sakura a Neko.

Naruto smiled as he looked at his cute little **** girl, and decided to see if he could make her even cuter. He picked up and opened the Note again, making her perk up, excited for whatever her Master had in store for her.

"Sakura Haruno will become a Cat Girl, with only fur on her ears and tail, the ears transforming from her normal ones into cat ears and migrating up her head. Said ears and tail will be erogenously sensitive to the touch, and having her tail grabbed will cause pleasure rather than pain. Her ears grew more pointed and started to move to the top of her head, growing pink fur with white tips.

The tingling in her back stopped first, followed by her tongue, and and then her throat. "Nyah!" she mewled on instinct, before blinking in surprise at the sound she let out, before she started purring as her tail grew out, pink furred with a white tip like her new ears.

The transformation ended, but she remained on all fours, feeling like it was natural. She looked up, her new tail swaying and her ears twitching. She meowed again, and beamed as Naruto showed her a mirror.

"Nyah, I look adorable Master, thank you!" she cooed, cutely bringing up a hand to lick at it, not even questioning why she did so. Naruto grinned, already planning out his fun.
