Finally She then hands you the sexy pink vinyl dress with a diamond cut out leaving your navel exposed as well as allowing a little bottom breast cleavage and a similar larger cut out in back you believe would start just above your ass crack and ends just 1“ below the top of the neck, and you think there is no way that is big enough, but much to your surprise as you step into the open back and pull it up your sexy legs it both fits perfectly, and seems to be padded to give you quite nice looking c or so cup breasts. Finally you put on the finishing touches, a metallic pink wig styled to be a perfect bob cut, the white little nurses cap with a little light blue cross, and the white 6" chunky heel closed toe pumps. As you stand, costume finished you look down and see your breasts seem to have filled out the top, odd you think, if the costume is padded why the pierced nipples, although you can make out the slight imprint of the rings on the dress. With a new found wiggle you both turn to go to the party, but as you turn you hear a noise.
