Maggie drinks too much

"I hope you're having a good time tonight John," Maggie tells you as the date you are on with her nears it's end, "I mean, besides the fact that I had too much to drink tonight. I should really stop doing that."

You had heard through the grapevine this week that Maggie is a bit of a drinker, but it still surprised you just how much she had drank at what was supposed to be a casual dinner with you.

"As long as I have your conversation, it could never be a bad night," you tell her, genuinely feeling bad for the girl, who clearly wanted to have a better time of it than she was currently having.

"Well, I guess I need to go sleep this one off," she says to herself, before turning to you and continuing, "but that doesn't mean we're through, John. Come back to my hotel with me. I think we can figure out a few things to do while I'm sobering up."

In your mind, of course, that could only mean one thing, so of course you agreed to go back with her.

And when you were standing in front of her hotel room door about a half hour later, making out with her, that's when you knew things were starting to escalate.
