Madeline declines.

"I think I am gonna have to pass gentlemen." Madeline said with derision. She knew exactly what working out a "deal'' meant. She didn't want to whore herself to these guys to get what she wanted. She could look elsewhere.

"Well," Ralph said "be sure to think about it. We are always open for business."

"And you won't find a better deal around here sweetheart." Mick said as he unlocked the door and switched the sign to Open again.

"I appreciate it." Madeline said, "later boys."

With that she strode back into Freeside, while Mick and Ralph were sad to see her go, they enjoyed watching her walk away.
