Madeline Leaves the Prospectors to their Fate
Madeline didn't have the time, the heart, or the weapons to stop and help the prospectors. Even as the gunfire continued she slipped well past the engagement. Madeline just hoped that she wouldn't meet the raiders again as she continued on her way to New Vegas. Life in the wastes was unforgiving.

Lust, Lust never changes… The Great War of 2077 saw to it that the protagonest's family fled into the safety of a giant underground vault—Vault 69 just south of the Pre-war town of Primm, a suburb of the much more popular Vegas are of Nevada. Families lived in the vault for some time along with dozens of other families safe and sound away from the immediate atomic fire that fell from the sky and the latent radiation.
