Macca Returns

As everyone sat around the campsite while the sun made its slow journey to return from the day before, a familiar face appeared again.

“Macca! What the fuck man, where have you been?!” one of the guys shouted out as he walked towards the group, coming from nowhere.

“Yeah not sure mate,” he said, plonking himself down on a camp chair as if he had never left.

“Not sure?!? What are you on about?” another guy asked.

Macca ignored the questioning as he grabbed out a beer from an esky in front of him. He opened up the can and started to gulp it down. “Mmmm shit yeah, now that’s good beer.”

Mark was curious to find out what actually happened to Macca but it turned out that everyone else didn’t care long enough to keep asking. It was soon forgotten but it did seem clear to be related to some form of hardcore ****. Enough in the past 48 hours that had Macca asleep in his camping chair for most of the day.

It wasn’t until the afternoon when everyone was preparing to head back into the festival that Macca finally woke up.

“Uhhh fuck,” he said, rubbing his eyes open, “What is it time to get on the beers again?” he asked Mark who was sitting all dressed up in his festival gear next to him.

“Yeah pretty much, some of the guys have already gone and the girls are all getting changed and doing their make up now,” Mark explained to him.

Macca, shirtless from earlier just rubbed his eyes before taking out another VB beer can from the esky in front of him that had been untouched since his one morning beer.

As he started to drink it, Mark grabbed a drink for himself. He was going to need to have a few before going in there to avoid paying for too much.

“Fuck me dead...” Macca suddenly whispered, looking straight past Mark at someone who had come from behind the cars.

Mark could see his eyes were directed at something or someone behind him. He took a quick glance behind him. “Fuck...” he muttered.

It had caught him by surprise, it was Jess and holy shit did she look good...
