Lurelin Village

Hilda and Rung both sat in the limousine.

The robotic pilot drove the limousine over water as it was able to float over the seas.

“So We’re heading to the off sea village Lurelin Village?” Asked Hilda

“Yes, they’ve said their fish are poisoned by something dangerous living in the waters!” Said Rung explaining the problems the village was facing.

“God it feels like we’ve been out here for days!!” Said Hilda

“This place is pretty far away from Hyaline and Lynna, but we should be arriving about..!”

The limousine landed on the beach, The two of them got out of the limo and walked to the village..

“Princess Hilda!!” Said a citizen

“Yes I’ve come to help you, we’ve got rations in the back!!” Said Hilda

Many starving people kissed her hand as a sign of gratitude and accepted the rations.

“Geez, they’re really suffering here!” Said Rung with sympathy

Hilda looked at the buildings in ruin with Rung.

The town seemed to be living poverty by just living off on only fish and sea life..

“I wish I could bring these people into Hyaline, but mother’s always strict with letting certain types of people in the city!” Said Hilda

“I’m sure she has reasons for it!” Said Rung

Then Rung noticed a man with a jacket walk into an run down bar.

“Wait…. That emblem, I’ve seen it before when those thieves attacked!” He thought looking at it..

“Hilda, get in the limo!”

“Huh?”

“I need to take care of something!!” He said walking off.

Hilda did as she was told by her body guard, Rung walked into the bar to see a normal blonde teenager sipping on some wine with some change on the table..

“Why you being so sneaky on cracking floorboards!” Said Lazer holding his full glass.

“Who are you and where’s your boss?!!!”

“Huh, what are you talking about?!!”

“Don’t play dumb with me, that emblem on your jacket, I’m willing to bet you were at that bank robbery with one of those masked freaks!”

“How the hell has he figured me out?!!” Thought Lazer surprised

“GIVE ME ANSWERS!!” Demanded Rung

“Look I don’t know anything about a robbery, I live here alone and….. a friend gave me this jacket when I had no way to keep warm during the cold nights!” Said Lazer trying to cover his tracks.

Rung looked down for a minute..

“Crap…. I’m being set up here, this man is just another tired soul!”

Rung looked back at Lazer drinking the wine..

“Look I’m sorry, My names Rung, Im one of the body guards here to help with foreign aid!”

“Really, I had no idea people like you would be coming to help us!” Said Lazer playing into the idea of being another straggler..

“Queen Veran has heard your many pleads and has sent us to help you!”

“I see….. so you’re from Hyaline?”

“Yes!”

“You know…. I’ve always wanted to be Hyaline myself!”

“Huh?”

“It was one of my dreams of living there, a nice normal life or one of royalty maybe!”

“Whys that?”

“…….. I dunno if I should say….”

“It’s fine Stranger, you’re among friends here!” Said Rung sitting down and putting some money on the counter taking a bottle and pouring some liquid in a glass.

“I dunno….. I’ve always loved the sights of Hyaline, it wasn’t like here, I’ve always dreamed and told myself that one day I’d be able to stay in such a nice city with enough money!”

“Well I hear you, it’s not easy with how the queen runs things..”

“…. I envy you in a way officer..”

“Huh?”

“You were born into a nice life in a city as grand as yours, I’ve always had to survive by doing things I never wanted to do….”

Rung puts his hand on Lazer’s shoulder.

“I’m sorry to hear that, but I’m sure the queen will let you and your people if you tell them about your crisis!!”

“.. I wish that were true, but the queen isn’t fond of that idea, and besides I’m going to get everything I want soon!”

“What do you mean?”

“I’m sorry Mister Rung, but I must be going, a lowly fool such as me hates to run your time thin and I’ve got things going on!”

“Ohh… well I hope to see you later friend!”

“….. yeah you too…” said Lazer smiling a little walking off.

Rung walked out and went back to the limousine.

“Where are those snakes hiding, did one of them really come here….. Damnit.. I should’ve asked him for his friends name!!” Said Rung sighing

“It’s fine, he may or may not have been one of those masked thugs, but I’d rather not accuse him when he probably just got tricked into taking it….”

Meanwhile Lazer took off his jacket and put it on a hook and sighed.

“Great….. now I can’t even wear a freaking jacket around those two!!” He said tired looking at the golden triangles in his hand.

Lazer thought about what Rung told him and it kinda made his blood boil..

“….. arghh…. Who cares about that goodie two shoes Officer… by the time I’m done with this silly fetch quest, maybe I can finally retire out of this life for good!!” Said Lazer tired

He grabbed his laser sword and his belongings only to stutter, he threw his sword and clinched his hands over his head.

“These damn headaches!!!”

Lazer closed his eyes hoping for it all to be over until… it passed.

He opened his eyes to see himself back in his hideout to see a woman with a robe.

“What is this, WHO ARE YOU?!!”

“Young Boy you have much to do, you must give up your feeble quest!!”

“What, don’t be ridiculous!!”

“You must, You must unleash the power in the Triforce!!”

“The what, WHAT ARE YOU TALKING ABOUT?!!”

The woman sighed making the golden triangles float with heavy breeze as Lazer looked astounded and cold covering his chilly arms.

“You are not ready yet…!”

“What?”

Before Lazer could ask again, the woman shot lightning at him.

Lazer woke up to see himself alone, getting back up he grabbed the Triforce pieces and sighed

“I’ve already come this far, now hopefully it’ll all be worth it!!”
