Looking for a place to stay?

"Looking for a place to stay, girlie?" a tall black guy asked. Julia tried to push past him, but he grabbed her, taking her backpack containing all her worldly goods. "This way," he called out, moving off. Oh no what can she do but follow. "You can crash here," he announced, showing her a small room with only a big bed in it.

"Can I have my bag back now please?" Julia asked.

"Sure," he smiled and emptied its content onto the bed. He quickly grabbed the purse. "Your rent," he chuckled.

"Oh no please," Julia begged, "that's all I have."

"Don't worry, my pretty one," his smile was not pleasant, "I'll find you some work."

With that he left, locking the door after him.

Julia sat on the bed and cried. She thought she was leaving her disgusting life behind her, but it appeared that it had followed her here ...
