Look at Your Emails

You decide to go through your emails. Logging in, you notice your server is chalked full of unread stuff. Mostly spam, but you did notice one from an old friend sent just yesterday.

"Hi there, it's me, Kurt. I know it's been a while since college... well... you were in college, I enjoyed easy going times with Vo-Tech. I've just hit some hard times the past few years. Even though I just graduated, had a few tragic events in my life and I just need to move on. I heard you were in Florida, and I applied to work at an electrician firm in Miami. Good news, I got the job. The bad news is that I don't know anyone there. Out on a whim, I was hoping I could pay you $1500 for rent, from my sign on bonus for work, and an additional $1000 each month until I find my own place. I don't need it, per se, I could just go to a hotel, but I don't really want to be surrounded by strangers. On top of that, I could check out the wiring in your house and fix it for free while I'm there. Anyways... hope to hear back from you."

You scratched your chin and thought about it. Kurt was your best friend growing up, and really after you moved in with Jennifer in Florida, you didn't see much of him. You decided it probably couldn't hurt to at least talk to Jennifer about it. You went to the living room and asked her what she thought.

"Hmmm, well it would be a nice thing to do. We do have two extra bedrooms downstairs. We could just move some of our storage space around." She suggested.

"Alright." You said. "I'll give him a call and make some arrangements."

After a phone call and a few weeks it was time to pick him up at the Airport.
