Lois is taken to a warehouse

As soon as all of the men are inside the van doors are quickly shut, and then Lois can feel the vehicle pull off. As the vehicle pulls off the men in the back with her tie her arms behind her back, not taking the care to be gentle with the tightness of the rope either.

“You guys must be the biggest idiots in all of Metropolis” Lois says, smirking. She looks at each of the men, a confident look in her eye, “you do realize who I am right?” she asks, eyebrow raised. “You know Superman will save me” she quickly adds, “he always does.” One of the men laughs slightly, “Not this time, Lane” he says, “Superman’s in space or some shit like that. I saw it on the news.” Lois rolls her eyes, “so?” she asks, “when has that ever stopped him from coming in last second?” Suddenly a thug sitting behind her puts a gag in her mouth, keeping her from being able to do anything more than make a few noises.

A few minutes later the van stops, and then Lois is taken into a warehouse. She isn’t quite sure where in metropolis she is, and she barely is able to get a look before she is escorted inside.

The warehouse itself is fairly small, with nothing more than a large room filled with wooden crates. Standing in the middle of the room is Alistor Smith, a small ‘businessman’ who has tried to fill in the large hole Lex Luthor has left since he was put behind bars. Recently Lois had written an article proving to the public that Smith was more than a little illegitimate.

“Lois Lane” Smith says, grinning from ear to ear, “it’s a pleasure to finally see you in person.” Lois smirks, “so this is what it is? I wrote an article exposing your criminal activity and you...what? Try to scare me? Please, spare me the grand standing. Superman will show up at any minute and get me far away from you.” Smith’s smile does not fade, “oh I doubt that” he begins, “because last I checked he’s in space with the Justice League. Which means there is no one to stop me from showing what happens to a bitch like you that gets in my way. Boys...”
