Man on the radio: …I’m telling you man; you have no idea what’s happening out there. Have you even been outside in the past few years? It’s a fucking mess man. There are kids running around with weapons man, literal weapons, and that’s all well and good, if they were using them to ensure our freedom. But they’re not. They’re all training to be the strongest trainer in the region. And you know why? Because our so-called leaders tell them to. They’re being played man, being turned into the Elites’ personal army. So, these youngsters, our children, they think they’re going to be heroes, the Future Champions of Hoenn, but I tell you now; if we don’t take action now those same kids will be the ones to kick down our doors and drag us away in chains…

…who do they think they are? I’ll tell you: they think they are the ones who can rule Hoenn and take everything from us, our children, our freedom, our region. And no-one even talks about that: more and more they take their place in our everyday lives. Our traditions are meaningless to them, all they care about is control…

…so, there’s only one thing left to do. We have to wash all of it away, tear them out by the roots. Our people were born out of the water. Did you know that? Of course not; those poképhiles in Evergrande don’t want you to know. We used to sail everywhere, live on rafts like they do in Pacifidlog. We need to go back to that, protect our way of life. They’re afraid we will all go back, because that would make us independent from them…

…so that’s why we’ll fight. To take back what’s ours and restore the natural order of things. Some will call us rebels, or even terrorists, but those are lies. True Hoennians have nothing to fear from us. It’s not a rebellion, or a terrorist organisation. It’s a movement, the only true way for us to go forward. We will cleanse the region in the salty waves, and out of the sea we will rise, stronger than ever…

…how? How could we not? We got it all figured out man. There’s this Pokémon, an ancient one, that sleeps deep on the bottom of the sea…
