Lisa's cellphone buzzes at a late hour.

Bzzzzzz. Bzzzzzz. Bzzzzzz.

Lisa rolled over and checked the time on her phone. 3:24 A.M. with one new text message. She slid the phone unlocked and squinted her eyes at the bright screen. "Who could be texting me at this hour?" Lisa grumbled.

A blocked caller ID sent her heart racing. She read the words. "You should have listened little whore. Now you will pay the price."

A loud knock at Lisa's door sent her jumping out of bed. She carefully crept towards the door to her apartment. She peeked through the peep hole to view an empty hallway. She slid open the door slowly only to confirm the hallway was void of people. Before closing the door she looked down at a small package.

"Lisa" was written on the box. She cautiously picked up the small box and shut her door locking it behind her. She sat down carefully and looked at the box. She folded back the lid and peeked inside.

She pulled out a small handwritten note and read the message.

"Lisa, you have failed to comply to my request. One of my clients will be paying you a visit very soon. Remove your clothing and place the contents of this box on your naked body."

She pulled out two sets of handcuffs, a ballgag, black leather collar, a set of nipple clamps and a photo.

She stared at the photo of a brunette girl on her back. The girl was bound with the cuffs around her ankles and wrists. A matching ballgag stuffed into her mouth and nipple clamps fastened to her nipples. The words "I expect this to be you." were written on the photo.

Lisa's stomach churned with the fear and shock of her situation. A part of her begged to strip off her clothes, unlock the door and be turned into the slut in the photo. Another part told her this was all wrong. She wasn't like this. She didn't do things like this.

She only had minutes to decide.
