Lilith confronts them

"Well, even powerless, I still have something like a built in radar for these spiritual hot spots." Lucy explained, "Once we get close, I'll start getting a shiver up my spine that'll disappear once we finally reach it. At that point, the other demon lords will be notified and meet us there. Speaking of which, you might wanna call Pazuzu when we find wherever that is, Satie."

"Not really what I expected for a first date with him, but you two will be going through the same thing, so..." Satie chuckled.

"Wait... Can I ask something?" Hailey asked, getting a nod from The Devil in response. "Well, sorry if this is a dumb question, but if you can locate this place on your own, and your friends can sense when your there and come to you, they why not just find the location first and then have your friends bring their pendents to you once they arrive? That way, you're not streaking around the entire city all night?"

"... Yeah." Lucy moaned as she placed her head in her hands. "In case you haven't noticed, I have this slight problem where I don't tend to think things through all the way. Hell! I used a portal to get to the restaurant where you found me, so I had no way of getting back to my place once I was depowered."

"Honestly, I'm kinda glad you didn't think that through." Kyle said as he wrapped an arm around Lucy. At Lucy's confused look, he said, "Well, what I mean is -"

"HOLY JUMPING CRAWDADS! LOOK OUT!" Buddy screamed as Satie screeched to a halt, the fat farmer clinging to Hailey tightly and protectively as the group jerked forward.

"What the hell is -" Lucy shouted before looking up, her eyes going wide and her blood running cold as she saw the figure on the motorcycle in front of the car. "Oh no..."

"What? What's wrong?" Kyle asked as the figure dismounted her bike and walked over to the back window, removing her helmet as Lucy looked up and gulped.

"H-Hi, Lilly." Lucy stammered, a fear that Kyle had never seen from The Devil before in her voice.

"Hey, Little Lulu." Lilith replied, grinning like a cat that caught the canary. "Long time no see."

"This is, without a shadow of a doubt, the worst night of my life." Roxie moaned as she and Grant made their way down the road. "God! We're never going to get rid of this smell! This is all your fault!"

"My fault?!" Grant snapped, "Whose idea was it to walk into a zoo exhibit housing a skunk the size of a jumbo jet?! Sure as hell wasn't mine!"

"Well, if you had stopped your dumbass partner from taking my crossbow and ruining my shot...!"

And thus, yet another argument broke out between the demon hunters yet again. This time, however, the two were unaware of a car a few yards away, the occupants having a clear view of the bickering two...

"Hey, Sweetie." A blonde woman asked from the passengers seat as the brunette woman in the drivers seat guzzled a sports drink, the two completely naked as the face of the brunette was covered in red lipstick marks. "Do you see what I see?"

"Huh?" The Brunette asked as she placed the drink in the cupholder and eyed Grant and Roxie's bickering. With a sigh, the woman reached down and grabbed a radar gun, lifting it up and pressing the trigger.

"Oops. Wrong one for the wrong job." The Brunette said sheepishly as she placed it down and pulled out another, identical radar gun and aimed it at Grant and Roxie, pulling the trigger.

"Whoa!" The Brunette exclaimed.

"What's wrong?" The Blonde asked.

"I don't know who these two are, but their sexual tension levels are off the charts! I've never seen a number this big in mortals!" The Brunette replied, placing the radar gun down and reaching in the back for a case. "Sorry, Honey, but I need to get to work for a second."

"Arresting them for indecent exposure?"

"And how will I explain that to The Chief? 'Hey, Sir. I was out on the road when I picked up two streakers arguing with each other. What was I doing? Well, I was making love to my wife'?" The Brunette asked with a chuckle as she opened the case, pulling out a small bow. "No, I just need to do my original job real quick."

"Including wearing the... Ahem, 'uniform' you have to wear now?" The Blonde giggled.

"Ugh! That uniform change wasn't my freaking idea!" The Brunette groaned as her cheeks flushed, "It was the mortals when they assigned me to that stupid holiday. I tried fighting it, but apparently, I'm under contract..."

"At least you look cute in it." The Blonde giggled.

"Not when the rest of The Pantheon keeps cracking jokes about it." The Brunette said, "Or when it causes me to sweat so much I get a rash!"

"Good luck, Babe."

"... Was that a crack about the uniform?"

"Maybe..." The Blonde teased playfully.

"You are so lucky I love you, Psyche."

"Love you too, Cupid." Psyche said as she gave her wife a quick kiss on the lips, placing a hand over her mouth to stifle a giggle as Cupid stepped out of the car and reached into the case to pull out her 'uniform' with a red face.

"So, this is your new squeeze, huh?" Lilith asked as she looked Kyle up and down. "Mortal?"

"Uh... Yeah?" Kyle replied.

"He's cute... But not really Adam." Lilith commented. A second later, she donned a faux expression of realization. "Say, speaking of Adam, this is the second time in my millions of years that I had someone stolen away from me by a naked mortal..." She grinned wickedly as she narrowed her eyes, "What a coincidence, huh?"

"Lilith!" Lucy began, "Kyle didn't -"

Lilith growled as she reached into the car and pulled Kyle out through the window, lifting him up by the throat as she glared him down.

"KYLE!" Lucy shrieked as the others looked on in fear.

"So, you thought you could just move in on my property, did you?!" Lilith snapped.

"'PROPERTY'?!" Kyle yelled, glaring back down at The Mother of Demons. "Lucy is NOT your property, Bitch!"

"Ooh! You got guts, Boy. Too bad I gotta rip them out of you!" Lilith cackled as the nails on her left hand became claws.

"LILITH! Let him go!" Lucy snapped, running out of the car and grabbing the other woman by her arm, The Devil glaring her ex down.

"Sorry, Little Lulu!" Lilith spat venomously, "But you should've known that if I can't have you, nobody can! I already lost my loving husband who I loved deeply, I ain't going through this again!"

"'Loved deeply'? You never loved Adam."

"... ... What?!" Lilith spat as she turned to glare at Satie. "Stay the fuck outta this, Satan! How the hell would you know what -"

"I was in The Garden spying on everything as I waited for the right moment." Satie said as she got out of the car, "Adam was getting tired of your disloyalty to him."

"Wait, if Adam was the only other human in Eden, then the only other way she could have been disloyal to him would've been..." Hailey trailed off as a look of disgust came to her face. "Oh yuck! I'm gonna need to take a shower after thinking about that!"

"You're one to talk, sitting in that fat hippo's lap!"

"Yeah? Well at least Ah'm a figurative hippo!" Buddy spat back, looking a little green.

"Can we please stop talking about this?!" Kyle yelled.

"Apart from that, you treated Adam almost like he was inferior to you!" Satie continued.

"Shut up, Satan! I -"

"You only showed affection when you needed it! When Adam needed it? You were too busy!"

"Now you listen -"

"When Eve came around, that was the first time Adam had ever been happy in Eden. She was loving, she was considerate, she was compassionate, she was caring." Satie narrowed her eyes and jabbed the stunned Lilith in the chest. "Everything you weren't!"

"But I -"

"And let's not forget how you were with Lucy!" Satie challenged. "Did you know that NONE of us demon lords even liked you? Hell! Back when Mammo and Charity were still at each other's throats, the one thing they could actually agree on was that you were worse than Zeus!"

"That -"

"I know that's not exactly a fair comparison, but from the stories we heard from Lucy after she left you..." Satie took a deep breath. "So I ask you right now: With how you mistreated them, with how aggressive and possessive you were with them, with how you claim them as your property; did you really love Adam? Did you really love Lucy?"

"I... I... I... I..." Lilith stammered as she looked between Satie, Lucy, and Kyle.
