Lilith asks questions (tattletale/ branch)

"So, why are you two naked, anyway?" Lilith continued asking, "especially with the breeze that comes here every so often."

"Well..." Adam felt compelled to a path of honesty, "you see that tree over there, the Tree of Knowledge of Good and Evil? We ate the fruit of that tree and weren't supposed to, and that's when we found out we were naked. We thought about using the leaves of the fig tree to clothe ourselves, but then God would know we ate from the tree and we'd get in trouble."

"Ooooh," Lilith perked up at this information, "someone's been naughty!"

"Please don't tell God..." Eve looked down at the ground, grabbing onto her hips to resist every urge to bring her hands over her privates.

"Don't worry..." Lilith grinned, "your secret is safe with me... maybe..."
