(Note: This item cannot be improved through crafting and does not take up inventory space. Teleportation to and from the Pocket Kingdom can only be done outside of combat and cannot be performed under duress. Teleportation requires 1 second of channeling. Party members must be touching the user to join in the teleportation process. Up to 4 party members may be teleported at a time.)

Xanthia's Ring Gag with Nipple Clamps. Uncommon Quality. Forces the wearer's mouth open with its metal ring. Lex's Castle. Legendary Quality. 10' H, 35' W, and 35' L. This building is your home within your Pocket Kingdom. The first floor currently has four bedrooms, three bathrooms, two kitchens, one meeting room, one dining area, and one vault. The basement has the same dimensions as the first floor, currently it houses five anti magic jail cells, five reinforced jail cells, two interrogation rooms, and one summoning chamber. Material: Marble, Granite, Stone, Enchanted Wood, Reinforced Steel, Magic Ward, Summoning Circle, Dwarven Rune of Protection, and Troll Rune of Regeneration. 2,500/2,500 Durability.

Special note: This building will regenerate all other buildings and itself within your kingdom as long as it stands. Current regeneration rate 10% per week. This building grants access to spacial equipment slots. Items within your Equipment Set Slots will no longer take up inventory space.

Philinna's House. Common Quality. 10' H, 15' W, and 15' L. This building has one floor and a basement. The first floor has one kitchen and dining area, one bedroom and bathroom, and one living room. The basement has a chimney vent to direct excess heat out and its walls are reinforced with dark iron and dragon wood. Material: Dragon Wood, Dark Iron, Enchanted Wood, Steel, Dwarven Rune of Protection, and Elven Rune of Fire Warding. 750/750 Durability.

Special note: This building has running water and power through arcane energy contained within special gems. These gems will last up to 100 years without fail.

(Although not revealed in the chapter it was unveiled in. This building is to the right of the castle.)

Village House. Common Quality. 17' H, 20' W, and 20' L. Standard home for Lex's villagers and subjects. This building has two floors. The first floor has one kitchen, one bathroom, one living room, one dining area, and one storage area. The second floor has one master bedroom, three bedrooms, and two bathrooms. Material: Enchanted Wood, Steel, Bronze, and Dwarven Rune of Protection. 500/500 Durability.

Special note: This building has running water and power through arcane energy contained within special gems. These gems will last up to 100 years without fail.

Farm. Common Quality. An acre of land dedicated to farm work (roughly 43650 ft squared), be it for raising animals, crops, or both. Enriched soil and feed is stored here, the soil is ready for tilling for crops, a large silo for storing grain, and a large barn dedicated to housing any animals on its premises during the winter. The barn's dimensions are 20' H, 50' W, and 50' L. The silo's cylinder dimensions are 100' H and 30' D. Material: Enchanted Wood, Reinforced Steel, and Enriched Fertilizer. 250/250 Durability.

Dock. Common Quality. Wooden platform extending 150' out into the sea then a 150' extension from there to the right. However, it has six docking ports extending further into the sea from this point, allowing up to two medium sized, (50' L and 25' W) trading boats and four medium sized, (30' L and 15' W) fishing boats to be docked at one time. Material: Enchanted Wood, Enchanted Steel, and Mana Infused Straw. 1,500/1,500 Durability.

(Added in chapter 69.) (In chapter 111, 31 white seals have been added as water mounts. A white seal can swim 5 times faster than any normal aquatic race while swimming, but have reduced movement speed on land (50% of creatures their own size). They can be acquired at either the dock or wharf. White seals rejuvenate those around them by simply being near them, but cannot harm anything that isn't a fish or crustacean. Fug'nak has been told to guard this area by Lex.)

(Granite, Metal, or Gem) Mine. Common Quality. One of several mines within Lex's Pocket Kingdom. It isn't special in it of itself, but it provides a great improvement to resources gathered just by existing. Material: Enchanted Wood. 1,000/1,000 Durability.

(Added in chapter 69, although its current location is unknown to Lex.)

School. Uncommon Quality. 15' H, 150' W, and 100' L. A total of 16 classrooms in a 4 x 4 grid, each 15' H, 30' W, and 20' L in size. Each classroom can house up to 20 students easily. Fully stocked with appropriate equipment suited for the task. Material: Enchanted Wood, Enchanted Metal, Enchanted Stone, and Glass. 1,600/1,600 Durability.

Special note: Once education of the populace reaches 100%, your people may create buildings of their own and upgrade existing buildings. This will also reduce the cost of buildings and upgrades by 50%. Current education: 25%.

(Added in chapter 119. It is located 75 yd to the east of the village surrounding the castle. This is between the castle and the coastline.)

Lumber Mill. Common Quality. 10' H, 75' W, and 50' L. A simple building with a roof. Two straight roller conveyors leading directly to two separate sawmill saw blades are housed within, powered by a gemstone generator. There are a few work benches for smoothing out pieces and changing their lengths as well. Material: Simple Wood, Enchanted Metal, and a Gemstone Generator. 1,000/1,000 Durability.

(Added in chapter 119. It is located 10 yards from the forest's edge. This is south west of the castle.)

4.6 Lex's Hidden Nook Buildings and description:

A rather massive pampas-like area, covering about a mile in every direction with mountains along its boarders. About 26 yards away from the entrance is Lex's Nook. Much of the enclosed space was filled with different species of trees. Among them were a few lakes, several streams, and even a couple of waterfalls descending from the mountains. (Active Restrictions: Only Lex's Family, Lovers, and Select Friends may enter and exit at will. Current owner is Bianca Gonzales.)

Lex's Nook. Uncommon Quality. 20' H, 50' W, and 60' L. This building is your home within Lex's Hidden Nook. The first floor has five bedrooms, four bathrooms, two kitchens, one living room, one dining area, and one play area. The second level's layout is similar to the first. However, the living room and kitchens have been merged into a sparring area. Material: Glass, Stone, Enchanted Wood, and Reinforced Steel. 1,250/1,250 Durability. (Added in chapter 97)

Carpentry Shop. Uncommon Quality. Allows for basic carpentry and improvements to be done. Requires a lumber mill to function at maximum efficiency. Requires: 400 wood, 100 granite, 100 metal, and $2,000.

Lumber Mill. Common Quality. Improves wood harvesting by 100%. Requires: 200 wood, 50 metal, and $1,000. <Purchased>

Dock. Common Quality. Allows for basic trade with neighboring ports and improves basic fishing by 100%. Requires: 300 wood, 25 metal, and $4,250. <Purchased>

Wharf. Uncommon Quality. Allows for deep water fishing increasing food yield by 50%. Extends traveling and trading with neighboring ports by 50%. Requires: Dock, 200 wood, 75 metal, and $6,125.

Farm. Common Quality. Improves crop yields by 100% and allows for the taming of farm animals. Requires: 50 wood, 10 metal, and $250. <Purchased>

Market Place. Uncommon Quality. Allows for land trade with neighboring towns and kingdoms and increases happiness of the people. Provides all kinds of goods like clothing, leather, food, and jewelry. Requires a dock, farm, herbalist, trappers and tannery, butcher, wind mill, and the stables to function at maximum efficiency. Requires: 500 wood, 125 metal, and $9,000.

Stables. Common Quality. Allows for the housing and taming of ground and flying animals for long distance traveling. Requires: 425 wood, 215 metal, and $3,250.

Village and Well. Common Quality. Allows for improved housing for the people of your kingdom and provides a clean source of water for your people. Requires: 500 wood, 450 metal, and $15,000. <Purchased>

School. Uncommon Quality. Allows for the training of troops and improves the education of the people of your kingdom. Requires: 450 wood, 200 metal, and $10,000. <Purchased>

Herbalist. Common Quality. Allows for the procuring of herbs, spices, and basic minerals. Requires: 175 wood, 25 metal, and $2,100.

Trappers and Tannery. Common Quality. Increases the procurement of animal pelts and meat. Requires: 50 wood, 130 metal, and $500.

Butcher. Common Quality. Improves meat yields by 100%. Requires trappers to function at maximum efficiency. Requires 150 wood, 100 metal, and $1,500.

Wind Mill. Uncommon Quality. Improved food creation through farming and herb quality by 100%. Requires a farm and herbalist to function at maximum efficiency. Requires: 200 wood, 200 metal, and $2,450.

Special note: This affects quality of relationships, duration of fondness or intimidation of you, and affects the number of lovers you can have within a close vicinity of one another without fighting.
