Let everyone know that you're canceling office hours tonight.

"Ok, folks, that's the last lab of the semester!  Good luck with your finals."  You glance up at the clock and see that it's a little bit past 8pm.  Remembering that some of the other grad students were meeting at McGinty's tonight for drinks, you suddenly realize you have no desire to listen to students complain about their grades.  "No office hours tonight."  You see Ashley immediately get agitated in her seat, but you cut her off.  "If anyone has concerns, e-mail me.  Enjoy the rest of your night."

Students start filing out of the room and you begin to gather up your papers.  Ashley looks like she might break down at any moment as she reluctantly heads out.  Once the last couple stragglers leave you shut off the lights and lock up.  You head down the hall and make your way out of the building.  You breathe a sigh of relief that the semester is officially over for you.  Campus is fairly deserted this late at night with only a few people walking along the well lit cobblestone paths that wind between buildings.  The thought of a pint or six makes you thirsty and you start walking towards the parking deck.

Partway there, you notice Emily at a distance.  She's sitting on the ground with her back up against a building, dialing her cellphone.  Her little denim skirt has ridden up, showing off her long, lightly tanned legs.  Her smooth, flawless skin almost glows in the golden light of the nearby lamp post.  As you walk closer, she frowns and lowers her phone, looking at it.  Her tight Superman t-shirt clings to her perky breasts.  She doesn't seem to notice you until you're about to walk past, when she glances up.
