Chapter 4

What now?
Let's solve the mystery.
As the Titans came into their living room, Starfire flew in, carrying a paralyzed Cyborg in her arms, and Raven walked with Beast Boy's on her shoulders. He was still disoriented from the tumble he took and the poison, which did little to his rhino self. "Guys...? Make the room stop spinning, would ya?" Raven had him lie down on the sofa, and put a pillow under his head. In the meantime, Starfire did her Tamaranean acupressure to heal Cyborg of being unable to move, much to his painful grunts and groans. After she was done, Cyborg stretched and rotated his limbs to make sure he wasn't stiff as a board anymore.
"That's much better..." he sighed with relief. "Thanks, Star."
"I welcome you," she replied happily. With Cyborg now in better condition, but Beast Boy out of commission for the time being, three of them had to go find Fang while one stays behind to watch over him. So everyone grouped together so to speak their opinions.
"Yo, I'm not missing out on kickin' spider butt," Cyborg mused. "Besides, my sensors could help us find him." Raven just had no pleasure in taking care of Beast Boy.
"Look, I get it. Nobody wants to take care of me," Garfield put in. "Besides, I'm not helpless. I can still move." Robin couldn't stress enough how important it was for his teammate to rest, to get his full strength back.
"I shall volunteer to protect Beast Boy," Starfire offered. "Like he was my bumgorf." Beast Boy felt a little embarrassed, if not creeped out, by how Starfire was going to take care of him. With that settled, Rachel, Victor and Dick moved out to look for their wall-climbing thief. All alone now, Starfire fetched a blanket and covered Beast Boy with it. "Do not worry, friend. Your k'norfka will tend to your every need." He was starting to get nervous as to how he got into that situation.
Meanwhile, Raven, Cyborg, and Robin took to the sky, took the T-Car, and the R-Cycle, respectively. They had split up to find anything out of the ordinary: signs of their target. For a few minutes, it seemed eerily peaceful, until... "Titans, trouble!" Robin informed. "I'm transmitting coordinates of the crime."
"On our way," Victor confirmed, turning the car around to the scene of the crime: the bank. There was a commotion from inside, where everyone inside had made it out and only the robber was left. They moved in and saw that it was their concrete criminal, Cinderblock, trying to break into the metal vault and had already made multiple dents in the center.
"Step away from the money, Cinderblock." Getting his attention was not one of Robin's best ideas. As soon as he did, Cinderblock grabbed nearby cash registers and threw them at the heroes, who dodged. They each, in rapid succession, threw an attack back at hi in order: Robin's electric disk, Raven telekinetically threw back a register or two, and Cyborg's sonic blast. Little damage was done to the hulking brute, and he roared at them before charging, knocking them out of the building. While they were down, the ninja appeared behind him in regular clothes, and grinned when he captured him within the same ruby amulet. In the 10 seconds the Titans took to get back up, Cinderblock was gone and all the was left was the young man, who revealed himself.
"Way to go, Titans!" he cheered. They were confused as to where the monster disappeared to, and who this guy was...
