Chapter 4 by Zingiber Zingiber

Who goes to meet Andrew? (Or start Andrew's PoV)

Let's go meet him.

Rick said, "Why don't we go meet him. You said he's been quite a help and inspiration getting your new policies up and going."

"All right," Helen said.

They walked back through the near-empty office. From the sales department, they heard the loud sounds of two men in orgasm, followed by the cheering of a small group. A woman's voice called loudly, "Good show, Darren and Philip!"

Helen retrieved a utility cart from a closet by the freight elevator. She summoned it with a key card.

"Tell me more about Andrew," Rick said, "Where did you meet him?"

"At an art show opening," she said. "He was introducing some of his artist friends at a show of new erotic works. We got to chatting over some of the works."

"Is he an artist himself?"

"It's an avocation. He has a little money, and makes some doing business consulting. Process makeovers, like here. His real work, is, I don't know, being a well-connected fellow. Goes and does things, and puts people together and makes things happen. He does a little art himself, sort of portraiture."

"Portraiture?"

The elevator chimed and opened. Helen wheeled the cart in, and Rick followed.

Helen laughed. "He makes life casts. Faces, you know. Pregnant mums' bellies. But his speciality is people's naughty bits. Mostly cocks, I think men are more vain. You'd be surprised who he's taken likenesses of."

Helen used her key card again and chose a garage sub-level
marked with their company name.

"Sounds like quite the interesting fellow," Rick said.

The elevator doors closed, and they descended. Helen wrestled the balky cart around inside the large elevator.

"Let me push the cart on the way back," Rick said.

"No argument there," Helen said. She showed Rick how to turn the cart and use the foot brake.

"Oh, before we meet him," Helen said, "I should let you know so it's not a surprise. Some people aren't sure how to react. I find it quite charming, myself. He spent a good deal of time with a tribe in the Amazon jungle, and while he was there..."

The elevator chimed for the garage level.

What's unusual about Andrew?
