Leave
You leave the apartment as quickly as you can, but you stop dead in your tracks just outside. Seems the commotion you caused attracted the downstairs neighbours. They come at you like a swarm, and while you valiantly fight back with your dukes, it's all in vain and they overwhelm you. Thankfully you pass out before you feel any major pain.
