Learn to control Jehuty manually

ADA gives instructions and a demonstration of how to do each action, read everything on the HUD and how to operate the LyfLyk system in-game. You save as soon as ADA tells you how to do so. The controls are much more complex than simply using a Dual Shock 2, but opens up many new options, among them using the vector trap manually, more versatile hands and aiming and charging the standard shot. The latter use can create an attack as powerful as the Vector Cannon, but takes about as long and can't decompress compressed space. But you can use it in the air, which helps some.

After a quick round of awkward shadow boxing and firing at the sky, the controls feel more natural. You start to appreciate the streamlined interface, the efficiency by design. Now confident in your ability, and with ADA saying you are 'proficient enough', you feel you're ready to go handle the situation.

[There is more data on the MLDF. An oppositional **** that calls itself "Enders United" does exist. Based on your evaluation of the MLDF as 'terrorists', it would seem that joining this group would be your preference.]

[If you are referring to their makeup of mostly LEVs and a few orbital frames, you are correct. However, this organization has an almost 0% success rate in stopping the MLDF's actions, due in part to a large difference in the performance of their respective frames. If Jehuty joins with them, they may be victorious over the MLDF. However, the choice is yours alone. The game can continue regardless of which you choose.]

"Where would I find these united Enders?"

"Will they try to shoot us down? I mean, we are in a big orbital frame and flying over them while they train might scare them."

[Enders United uses Jehuty as their symbol of triumph over BAHRAM and oppression in general. They will not see us as hostile. However, as they oppose the MLDF, a more popularly accepted and respected organization, joining them will create the same set of problems as fighting the MLDF.]
