Later, in a Hospital

Sara is jolted awake by the smell of ammonia. Confused and scared she calmly gets her bearings. Being in a Hospital before with a broken arm, Sarah knows that there's a Nurse call button somewhere. She finds it, but as soon as she gets a firm grip on it, it is crushed in her hand. Frightened on what just happened, she drops the crushed device and curl up on the bed. Scanning the room Sarah sees flowers, balloons. Someones graduation hat next to a folded sheet of paper. She runs her hand through her hair and notice that it's gotten longer, looking down her breasts have gotten a little bigger too. "How long have I been here?" Sarah says to herself. Surprised, her voice sounds older.
