Kryptonian development and how to try and control her changes

After helping put out the fire, Kara flies back to the DEO and zooms past the people in the control room heading straight for the room with her mothers hologram.

Locking the door behind her, she walks over to the dais, activating the hologram "Hello my daughter, how may I help you?"

Pacing back and forth for a bit, Supergirl eventually faces the image of Alura and asks "What can you tell me about a sudden fixation on... sex? There's a wide blue beam suddenly moving across Kara, originating at the base of the hologram.

"Disruptive? I guess I can see that, what exactly is this thing and why is it happening?"

"It's the mental equivalent of the earlier physical changes.
