Something strange was definitely happening to the guard and nude princess as they entered the shadows inside the massive, long log. It was smooth for the most part, hollowed out no doubt by expert craftsmen and women....which must have been a gargantuan effort with their diminutive size. But it wasn't tough on Zelda's bare soles as she walked through, and there was a thin echo from the trudging of the guard's heavy boots. Then.....it was if their vision fogged over by solid darkness, heads spinning, yet still they moved forward with perfect balance and direction....suddenly, they found themselves out of the log, and on a bridge, seemingly in deep forest. The guard laughed. "That bit never quite gets old."

The guard shook his head. "No, I don't quite think so. Teleportation would imply that our course was somehow altered. There were no shortcuts. This happens every time." The guard smiled at the bare royalty. "There are mysteries in these woods. But they will not bring any harm if we do not invite it." He continued across the bridge, which was not rickety but a little free-swinging for adult-sized passengers. Then there was another log. Off to the sides, there could be seen deep wood in either direction. The sky was hazy and fireflies lazily bounced on the breeze. The guard spoke. "I know what you're thinking. No, this isn't the Forest. These are the Lost Woods. Stick close and you'll be fine. Just don't fall down there."

She nodded in agreement, continuing to follow, growing adjusted enough to being nude around him to not cover hrerself up, though that was mostly because she trusted her guard to not tease or be perverted. The guard had to admit- whether this was a fortunate or unfortunate turn of events, it had improved his day. He was escorting the princess herself on a trek across the kingdom to assist her personally. And he got to do so with her taking the foreseeable length of the journey completely nude, from her pretty blonde head down her bare body, to her very bare toes. He was seeing more of the princess than anyone probably had. Although he wouldn't be able to keep that blessing to himself forever. On top of that, he did feel sort of like the hero type, doing this. So it was an esteem boost as well. While the land of Hyrule could be dangerous, it wasn't exactly a savage place most of the time. It was relatively peaceful. This might be the adventure of his lifetime. As they passed through the next long, dark log tunnel, the same effect came over both. The guard grasped for Zelda's hand to comfort her, and found it in the dark. Then both stumbled out into a landscape of beautiful green, occasional pools of crystal clear water, and natural architecture made of trees, large stumps, entirely wooden material... and a bustling population of short, youthful looking people who at once stared at the visitors with awe and maybe a little concern. The guard laughed. "Well....welcome to the Kokiri Forest, princess."

Her face was all red, and even though she's never seen any of these people before, it was quite embarrassing to be in such a crowded place and to know that the most interesting thing at the moment was her own bare body. There was still a look of general confusion around the mass of small citizens. A few returned to their work, scratching their heads as they tended small crop fields, or removed heavy brush to make way for other projects. Still, they were approached by an authoritative looking (young?) man. He studied Zelda from top to bottom, and though his face looked a little brighter, he quickly crossed his arms and huffed, looking annoyed. "I can tell by the getup that you're a royal guard...honorable enough.....isn't so easy to tell what she's supposed to be." The man stepped closer, right into Zelda's comfort zone. He poked at her side. "How did you make it all the way here like that? Or did you just decide to strip down out on the bridge, give us all a shock? You're going to be cold." He huffed again. "Eh...you check out. Go on ahead. I don't see any threat. Not from a woman without even clothes."

He's.....difficult but he's not cruel." He walked further into the forest. "I guess we can make a decision here. We can stay for a while....or risk it in the Woods."

M-May we stay here for a little bit? To save on money, due to me not having anything on me, we might want to share the same bed..."

Zelda's hopes weren't entirely in vain. She wasn't heavily assaulted by the curious onlookers around her, but there was the occasional Kokiri too entranced to pass her by. There were open stares, some disgusted looks, turned heads or eyes locked on her every move. A curious Kokiri or too came up and actually poked her exposed flesh, such as her bare tummy, or one handsy fellow who touched her upper chest, probably hoping to reveal her breasts. They didn't exactly see a woman like her every day, nonetheless in the buff. The guard tried to stay stoic, but got a little annoyed when it slowed down their passage. "I guess the only thing we can do is ask for a place to stay. At least the boss is easy to find."

The three pairs of eyes (that she could presently see) went wide, and there was an assortment of grins or concerned looks. The guard and the girl bereft of garment made their way through the main clearing, and into a tight passage surrounded by impenetrable tree cover on each side. It zigged and zagged until finally it opened, and they were presented with a majestic sight. A massive, unfathomably large tree with a strong trunk and multitudes of branches reaching into the hazy sky, surrounded by all sorts of fairies, fireflies, and other creatures drifting on the light forest breeze lie in front of them. And most of all, this tree had a kindly, old, and wise visage. It had a face. They were immediately welcomed. "Thou arrival hast been foreseen. I am pleased to welcome you to our Forest. What business dost thou seek, noble servant and nature-garbed Princess of the Kingdom of Hyrule?"
