Keeping a mental clone

A few weeks passed. Tom kept telling himself he'd change Sarah back but he could never quite manage to do - he was enjoying the new Sarah too much. In many ways she was still Sarah; she went to work as normal and acted the same around family and friends. But she also enjoyed doing everything he liked, as she also had all of his own desires and preferences. It was nice to have a full parnter in everything - hobbies, entertainment, and especially sex. With a copy of his mind, Sarah was interested in and willing to try everything he fantasized about. And there was complete, absolute honesty between them. Tom had thought he was close to the old Sarah, but this went beyond marriage - she was literally him plus the parts of Sarah he liked! This Sarah would go see action movies without complaint, play golf with him, and even suck him off in a restaurant's bathroom stall. And with his mind-altering power granted by the coin, he continued to improve her, giving her a variety of skills and knowledge. Now Sarah was a expert cook and a skilled golfer among other things - not to mention an exhaustive knowledge of sexual skills and tricks. It was too much to give up.

One evening they were sitting at home watching a soccer match, something Sarah was never willing to do before as she disliked nearly all sports. Sarah piped up "You know, Tom, I think it's time we spiced things up again."

Tom arched an eyebrow. "Oh? Did you have something specific in mind? Maybe an affair? See if you can get a threesome setup?"

She smiled. "Good guess. We're usually on the same page, almost like you can 'read' my mind," she joked. "And that would be fine. There's Jeff at work who flirts with me all the time. And I'm pretty certain Mitzi - Paul's wife, down the road - is bi and has the hots for me. But I was thinking of something more 'magical'."

"Ah, you mean the coin." Tom pulled it out and spun it around.

"Exactly! You have the ability to alter my mind, and we've used that well. But why not use the coin to improve my body? Keep me as your 'mental clone' but maybe make me even younger. Or sexier. Or change my race. Hell, all three." She paused to think. "Or maybe we can push the coin again. You changed me so that you can mold my mind, even giving me skills that would take years to learn. Maybe you can make it so that I can change my appearance?"

Sarah's suggestions sparked countless ideas in Tom's brain. It was tough to settle on something to try. He really liked the idea of another flexible wish that would allow continuing changes, given how amazing his 'mental' wish had worked. But what should he ask for?
