Who speaks first?

Katrina Speaks Up

Katrina's shame ate away at her viciously. Several seconds felt like several hours and she could see the odd look in Ash's eyes. It could have been fear, but more likely it was disgust and hurt. She had taken advantage of him...and his current state too!

"Ash...I'm sorry." Katrina said after a few more seconds. "I...I don't know what came over me."

"You?" Ash asked, furrowing his brow. "Kat, I'm the one that should apologize. I was the one being inappropriate."

"You can't control how your body reacts to stimulants." Kat insisted. "I can. I should have taken my hand away earlier. I just..." She bit her lip to keep from spilling anything else out. She was holding Pandora's Box and it contained one hell of a secret.

"Just what?" Ash asked, cocking his head to one side.

"Just...well...you know...the reaction you had...it...um...made me feel...err..."

"Feel how?" Ash prodded. Katrina squirmed uncomfortably. Each question he asked got her to open the box just a little more. She had to end his line of questioning quick.

"It made me feel like a woman." Katrina blurted out quickly, closing her eyes. "It's been a long time since I created that kind of reaction for a guy. I guess I just kind of forgot who I was with." She opened one eye to see if Ash bought her story. Thankfully for her, he seemed to.

"Heh. I guess that's understandable." He said with a smirk. "I bet if I had my hand against your snatch and you got wet, I'd be **** to move too." Katrina's face blushed bright red as the mental image her mind built for her **** her senses. Ash caught her shocked look and smiled sheepishly. "Hypothetically speaking, of course."

"O-Of course." Katrina nodded. "S-so you forgive me?"

"Bah! You have nothing for me to forgive." Ash waved it off. "It's fine, really."

"You won't tell Mom will you?" Katrina asked, grinning as she tried to regain control.

"I won't if you won't." Ash replied. "I doubt she'd approve of either of our reactions. Not very sibling-like."

"Isn't that funny?" Katrina asked. "We're not even blood, but we're held to higher standards than second cousins."

"I guess there's a difference between logic and law-gic." Ash said, chortling at his own pun.

"Yeah. What a pain-in-the-ass rule." Katrina laughed with him. Her mind raised up caution flags and her eyes widened. She just inadvertantly gave something away! Damn her inability to think before speaking! She quickly looked to Ash to see if he caught what she was saying.

Did Ash pick up on her insinuations?
