Kathy is the captain of the girl's cross country team, and is widely considered a tomboy, an image she seems to relish in rather than reject. She is slightly plain looking, but not ugly in any sense. She's not particularly fashion conscious, preferring to wear loose, comfortable low maintenance styles rather than what is fashionable at the moment.

She has been your best friend for nearly a year, when the two of you met in a study hall you shared. It's a testament to your compatibility as friends that you became close so quickly, spending more time together out of school than in.
