Katherine McNamara

Katherine McNamara ties her hair in a ponytail. She adjusts her sports bra and looks at the trail ahead of her. Adjusting her headphones, she chooses her workout playlist on her phone. Then, she takes a picture and uploads it on Instagram. Putting her phone in her pocket, she does a few stretches and starts running.

For the next 10 minutes, Katherine jogs. She works up a sweat and is breathing heavy. She hops over some holes in the trail, then picks up her speed.

After a few second of sprinting, she slows down to a walk. She looks around her, admiring the nature. She gasps in air, and sweat covers her body. She picks up her speed again, jogging and sees a curve up ahead. She goes around the curve, and stops when she sees a group of men on the other side. There's 3 of them, all young. They're tan skinned, and Katherine thinks they're Hispanic. They're young, probably in their early 20s. They stop when they see Katherine.

"Well, hi there. Sorry if we're in your way," one of them says.
