Just let her go

You sigh at her words. If you are ever going to make any progress with her or Lea, you are going to need to extend some amount of trust. You don't like the decision you reach, but it seems like the only one that could possibly lead to a stable situation.

"If you think this life will be so horrible, then... I’ll tell Lea you must have ran off, and that I missed it," The shock that runs across Gwen's face is almost sickening, as you remember what you did to her earlier in the night, "I really think you should stay. At least give us a chance, but I won't stop you from going," You drop her hands, and take a couple steps back.

She almost doesn't seem to process what is happening, but she quickly breaks out of her shock. She grabs her bag, and sprints back down the alley, quickly out of sight. You think that she's probably afraid that you might change your mind. Seeing her run away makes you think you might have just made the biggest mistake of your life.

You return to your spot, and await the inevitable onslaught from Lea.

Several more hours pass before the sun peeks over the horizon. Around that time Lea comes out from the garage, and motions you inside, a hard look on her face. The second you pass through the threshold, Lea has you pinned against the door with a knife digging into your throat. You can feel the blood trickle down your neck, and you are very concerned that you might have just seen your last sunrise.

"Where. Is. She?" Lea spits out those words with all the venom she can muster. It appears to take all of her effort to not immediately kill you. You hastily think of a believable lie, but she digs the knife a little deeper before you even open your mouth. "NO. LYING." You gulp, and the sting in your neck increases just a little.

"Last night, she-" before you can finish, the pair of you hear sounds coming from the other side of the door that you're pinned to.
