Just before the party

You've just finished eating a pizza with John when you realize your friend Nicole is also having a party tonight.

"Hey John, we forgot about Nicole's party tonight."

"Oh well, we're having a private party tonight," he says laughing. You had promised Nicole you wouldn't miss her party and now you knew you were going too.

"John, which party should we go to?"

"I think we should go to Carolyn's," he says confidently. "Don't even think about changing your mind now. We won't get anything out of going to Nicole's. We'll just end up fighting her boyfriend, Tony, and that chump Mario. I know you have a hard-on for the girl, but Carolyn's is the way to go."
