As Marie walked away into the brightly lit, cheerful grounds of Junes, her gloved hands took their sweet time tearing the flowery poem into tinier and tinier shreds, until nothing but scraps floated away into the wind.

"Stupid, stupid, STUPID!" Was she lambasting Yu, or herself? Either way, Marie was none too pleased with her carelessness. She had to be more careful.

She'd find someplace far less obvious to work on her poetry, where that idiot wouldn't find her writings.

Marie sat down on the ledge beside an array of neatly landscaped shrubberies, tapping a pencil to her cheek while weighing her options, stocking-clad legs crossed.

After looking around the courtyard, Marie decided to work on her poetry...
