Julie's Escape

Time: 0415, March 12th, 2154

Location: Julie's Quarters, Colonial Housing

She had never been so scared in her life. First her nerves had been on edge as she contemplated what was going on in the colony, then the vent had burst open and clattered to the floor. The shock of the sound was enough to set her moving, but the creatures that poured out after it were what really made her heart pound. There was three of them, each an identical copy of the next, and all of them undoubtedly Jennifer's children. One ran across the ceiling, one on the wall, while the other hit the floor behind her and came straight at her.

She screamed.

Then she grabbed an LED lamp that was sitting nearby.

The creature on the floor lunged at her, it's tentacles whipping through the air. One brushed her face. She brandished the lamp like a weapon as she back peddled for the door, swinging it wildly and smashing the assailing appendages as she went. It kept coming. She was barely able to hit it in the face as it lunged up on her, causing the beast to recoil just long enough that she was able to get the airlock door to open. She screamed and fell backwards into the hallway but kept her body rolling, never ceasing to move, as she tried to escape.

It was after her.

Another tentacle brushed her, this one going against the thin fabric of her panties as she and barely catching the tail end of her t-shirt. She was up now, on her feet, her legs pumping with a fervor she had never felt before. Then she was running, screaming, making a made dash down the hall away from her room...
