Joyce wants Gary as a sexual education model

"Yes?!" Bernie said, her eyes big and round with surprise. "Why, I mean, what you said... Why?"

Joyce smiled at her daughter. "Timing."

"Timing?!" Bernie said, her bafflement increasing.

"Timing," Joyce repeated. "It just so happens that I need a model to help me demonstrate sexual positions for a healthcare continuing education course. It's a group of doctors and nurse practitioners getting credit for being educated in how to suggest modifications to intercourse for people with physical challenges or differences. I'll be the model for an overweight female with a male partner. As you can see, I certainly qualify for half of that demonstration couple." She spread her arms wide, showing off her heavy breasts and big, soft upper arms. "But I can't exactly demonstrate intercourse by myself." She turned to Gary and smiled. "Interested?"

Bernie rolled her eyes. Mom was really taking her idea, making it her own, and running away over the hill with it. And her boyfriend. She looked down at the bubbling water of the spa, not trusting herself to say a word. This whole scene with Mom reminded Bernie of why she was more comfortable bringing a girlfriend home than a boyfriend.

"Demonstrate?" Gary said.

"Yes, demonstrate," Joyce said. "I mean, you and I would practice a couple of times, but basically we would be showing off having intercourse in various positions for a bunch of doctors and nurses getting continuing education credit. The educational aspect would be in demonstrating and discussing what kinds of positions help in what ways, and how to use pillows for comfort or setting up the right angles for intercourse.
