John Crichton

John Crichton was an astronaut, a human, who had got shot through a wormhole when his scientific experiment in Farscape one suddenly went wrong. Along with the rest of the crew of Moya who were escaped alien prisoners running from the peacekeepers, Crichton was being pursued by Scorpius and the Scarran's for his knowledge into wormhole technology that had been implanted in his brain by an Ancient, who had taken on the human form of his father Jack to determine whether Earth would be a suitable home for the Ancients to settle on.

John was in his mid-30s, just under 6 foot, with short brown hair. Originally from the midwest of the United States but was the only human aboard Moya. Although his long-term love interest Aeryn Sun was from a race called Peacekeepers who looked human in every way possible. John is head over heels in love Aeryn Sun and because of this he regularly turns down the advances of beautiful women aboard Moya and those on their intergalactic travels. Crichton carries a pulse pistol in his holster of his black leather pants, named Winona.
