Jess has to change her diet

“Well…” Samantha said. “Your diet is going to change just a little bit. Veronica and I agreed that you should have a high fiber diet and allow only a few changes per day. So from now on, you’ll only be changed in the morning, at lunch, and at 6 PM. No matter what the state of your diaper is. The deal is that if only one more person ends up knowing about your secret, then you pass and your secret will remain hidden. But if the majority of the university knows about your diapers then, you’ll lose your pants privileges. They’ve all agreed not to say a word or do anything to influence it. Now, you heard the deal I have with Hannah and Nicky. So… you have no say in the matter. Because if you don’t wear your diapers for even one day, then everyone will know and you’ll lose the ability to wear pants while we maintain your new diet.”

Jess looked horrified as Samantha explained everything. Samantha also said. “Oh and you might not want to forget your gym uniform ever. I won’t help you remember, and well, I’m positive Coach Marsh will make you run around in your diaper if you forget your uniform. And that will obviously mean that the chances of your diapers remaining a secret will become significantly lower.”

“What time is it now?” Jess asked.

“5:50,” Samantha said. “So if you’re holding back anything at all… you might want to empty out otherwise I won’t change you for the rest of the day. No matter what happens.”

Jess’s eyes widened. She began to push. She couldn’t believe she was willingly trying to use her diaper as the clock ticked. Samantha lifted her off the changing table and put her on the floor. Jess squatted down, pushing and pushing.

“It’s 5:58,” Samantha said. “Better make it fast.”

Jess squirmed and squirmed. She felt the mass pushing, but nothing came out. She had been holding back for so long, refusing to make a mess in her diaper, but now it was working against her as the clock ticked.

“If that diaper isn’t full by 6 PM, I won’t bother changing you. It’d be a waste,” Samantha added. “60 seconds left.”

Jess squeezed desperately trying to beat the clock. She felt it slowly pushing out, but it wasn’t enough. With no assistance from special drinks, it was nearly impossible for Jess to defecate on command after training her body so hard.

“30 seconds,” Samantha said.

Jess could feel it almost ready to come out, she pushed down on her stomach as if it would help. “10…5…2…1…”

Jess gasped as she felt the mess starting to enter her diaper, but Samantha patted her diaper. “Looks like no change,” Samantha said. “I hope you’re not going now. It’s far too late.”

Jess’s eyes widened. She tried to stop it, but it was like a trigger in her brain forgot how. She filled her diaper not a second later as Samantha watched. “Nooo. Please change me,” Jess cried. “Don’t make me stay in this.”

Samantha said. “No, Jess. It’s too late. You’re lucky I even told you about the new schedule. I gave you plenty of time to try and go before the time.”

Samantha took hold of Jess’s hand and pulled her up, slipping the pants back on. Jess blushed as Samantha pulled her pants all the way up and gave her a pat on her bottom. “No, please,” Jess cried feeling childish as she stood there in a messy diaper, pleading for a change.

“No more arguments. Or I will spank you,” Samantha said as they left the bathroom. “And I’ll pull your pants down to do it.”

Jess immediately became silent as Samantha pulled her along. Her full diaper bulged out as they walked. “Are we going home?” Jess asked, hopeful.

“So soon?” Samantha said. “No, I think we’ll walk around for a bit. Any arguments, and I’ll spank you.”

Jess nodded as she followed Samantha.
