Jenna Anderson

After some thought Erica decided that Jenna was the most promising candidate. She wasn't perfect but had what it takes and once she discovers what kind of power she could wield, she will take it as fish to water.

The only problem was convincing her to act.

Erica had to create conditions in which Jenna wouldn't hesitate.
She could just walk up and tell her... or she could also supply Jenna with blackmailing material or try and seduce her or sent her daughters...
